In our second episode on IP resources available free online we point you to a business-orientated and thorough article on IP protection for mobile applications.
It is from a reputable source, the World IP Organisation, and it looks at all the different buckets of IPR (IP Rights) that can be used to protect mobile applications at the various layers, for example see p35 on the protection of the software’s internal organs via IPR regimes.
